What? I hear you say. Well, it's a popular expression in my part of the world. Literally translated, it means "Anything for nothing is worth having" or "isn't it nice when someone gives you something for free".
When I was at work a couple of weeks ago and I was asked if I knew someone who wanted a king-sized headboard, I immediately thought of Me. We haven't had a headboard on our bed for ten years! Ghetto, I know!
This is it. It's a dark brown wrought iron look with tarnished gold on it, and whilst it might not be exactly what I would have chosen from the store, it was free and it looks absolutely fine!
